From coffee beans to the true taste of espresso coffee

Espresso coffee is a seemingly simple recipe, but one that can turn into an unforgettable taste experience if a few minor adjustments are made.

  • Coffee beans

Procedure
  1. Grind the quantity of coffee required for one or two cups using the grinder. A FINE grind is recommended for espresso coffee machines.
  2. Fill the chosen filter with fresh coffee.
  3. Press the coffee down firmly. You can adjust the intensity of your coffee according to the pressure applied: the more you press the ground coffee, the stronger your coffee will be.
  4. Insert the filter holder into the coffee machine, tightening until it is firmly anchored.
  5. It brews one or two cups according to your needs.

True coffee lovers recommend drinking coffee without sugar, to enjoy all the aromas released by grinding even more so.
