CLASSIC RECIPE

Filter Coffee

Filter coffee is obtained via percolation, as a result of the action of hot water, which, when poured over the ground coffee, captures its particles by force of gravity. A coffee to be sipped slowly to enjoy the aromas released by extraction.
Ingredients
  • 30 gr Coffee beans
  • 500 ml Water
Time required 10'
Procedure
  1. Finely grind the coffee immediately before brewing. It is recommended to grind about 30 g of coffee beans per 500 ml of water.
  2. Insert the filter into the filter basket of the coffee machine, then run it under hot water.
  3. Insert the basket into the coffee machine and fill it with fresh water, then put the ground coffee into the filter.
  4. Switch on the coffee machine, making sure that the coffee is thoroughly wet. If this is not the case, stir the coffee with a teaspoon.
  5. Let the brewing process finish and serve the coffee piping hot in a glass or porcelain mug.
